Delivery

Larger, more expensive items such as Phone Cases, Wallets, Purses and Towels are delivered within the UK by Royal Mail First Class post.

This delivery should reach you in normal times within 1 to 2 working days

Smaller, lighted less expensive items such as Glasses and Screen Cleaning Cloths and Soft Sunglasses Cases and Gadget Bags are delivered within the UK by Royal Mail Second Class post

This delivery should reach you in normal times within 2 to 3 working days.

Overseas orders are dispatched from the UK by Royal Mail International Standard or Large Letter Airmail.

In normal times it is expected that delivery to Europe will be within 5 to 7 Business Days.

For orders to the Rest of the World it is expected that delivery will be within 7 to 14 Business Days.

 

Because we offer Free Shipping Worldwide, We Do Not Use Tracked Shipping.

If Tracking is important to you, please select the Tracked Shipping Option we offer on every product. The rate we offer is at less than the full price- we have taken off the price of the Free Shipping Option.


Covid-19

Please note that during the Covid Crisis delivery times are proving unpredictable.

In the UK some Royal Mail sorting offices are experiencing staff shortages due to quarantining.

Most destinations overseas are also experiencing delays and we would encourage Overseas customers to choose the “Tracked Shipping” option.


Brexit and Overseas Duty and VAT

We have made the decision to ship orders to non-UK customers Duty Paid i.e. we fill in the relevant Commercial Invoices and Customs Forms saying that we are responsible for paying any duty and local sales tax, if applicable.

To help ease this process we are registered, at the time of writing, for VAT/TVA/Sales Tax in the following EU Countries: France, Germany, Italy, Poland and the Czech Republic with our Registration Number given to Customs Authorities on every Commercial Invoice that accompanies our goods.

Therefore you should not pay any local duty or sales tax.

However, experience shows that some countries are not processing importing all goods correctly, whether from protectionism or inefficiency we do not know.

If you experience such issues please do not hesitate to ask for our local Registration details.

The USA has a generous Personal Import allowance demonstrating their belief in free trade.


Engraved or Personalised Products

These goods are created to your bespoke specifications. They are unique to you and cannot be resold, just discarded.

For these reasons and as permitted under the Consumer Contracts and Distance Selling Regulations, we do not accept the return of any goods which have been engraved or personalised.

Naturally if we have made an error with the personalisation a refund will be given.

If you have ordered a personalised or engraved product or phone case for what proves to be an incorrect phone model no refund can be given.

In this instance we offer to reproduce the engraved or personalised case for the phone model you actually require at an agreed “cost” price, currently £9.50.

That way we do not profit from someone’s mistake but neither do we lose due to a customer’s error.

This seems fair to us and to the vast majority of our customers.

Returns

We will work hard to ship you the product you want when you want it. However, we are only human and do make mistakes.

If we have sent you the wrong case or misspelt your name on engraving, please do tell us and we’ll put it right if at all possible.

Although we pride ourselves on having a low level of returns, they are a fact of ecommerce.

Your right to cancel and return begins from when you place the order and ends 14 days from when you received the goods.

If you wish to cancel or return your order you must inform us by email [email protected] within this time frame and then return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your request to return.

The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage and ensuring the goods are received back by us in “as new” condition.

If you receive a faulty or broken item you will be offered either a choice of a refund or replacement.

Any return postage costs if an item is faulty or broken will be paid by Drew Lennox Ltd t/a The Ed Hicks Way.
